Rev’UP is the portal for promoting academic journals published by the University of Poitiers. It presents the catalogue of journals, their news (new publications, calls for papers, events, etc.) and offers editorial support to their leads (editorial and Open Science practices). Rev’UP is fully in line with the University of Poitiers’ Open Science strategy as defined in its roadmap.
The Editorial Department relies in part on the journal incubator Edel, created in the early 2000s and powered by Lodel.
Rev’UP is part of the Repères network, which brings together incubators for open-access journals and aims to “avoid the fragmentation of professional practices, prevent the isolation of incubator teams, and achieve economies of scale.” More information at https://reseau-reperes.fr/
The Editorial Department is responsible for assisting the various digital journals of the University of Poitiers and their leads in their open science approach, dissemination and promotion. It feeds the Rev’UP portal.
Its team is part of the MSHS of the University of Poitiers and is composed of two editors—whose primary mission is the publication of the Cahiers de civilisation médiévale and the Revue Européenne des Migrations Internationales—, and one editorial assistant.
