The Editorial Department responsible for supporting and promoting open access journals at the University of Poitiers is part of the Maison des Sciences Humaines et Sociales (UAR 3565, CNRS and University of Poitiers – MSHS). Its mission is to support and guide journal leads and their editorial teams in their open science approach, and at all stages of the editorial process, promotion and visibility. It also ensures compliance with the University of Poitiers Good Editorial and Open Science Practices. Its dedicated staff members work closely with all those involved in the publication of journals, and with the research support unit of the Shared Documentation Department (SCD), with the Research and Innovation Directorate (partnership and technology transfer service, DRInnov-SPVR), as well as all stakeholders of the UP Data Desk (Guichet de la donnée UP—for the management of research data associated with the articles—, and with the Digital Department (I-Médias), .
